1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
To use any part of the Website or purchase digital items, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence. We reserve the right to request proof of identity or age, including KYC verification. Providing false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Upon successful payment, purchased items are transferred to the Steam account linked to your user profile.
We do not design or modify digital items; we merely provide the infrastructure for users to exchange them.
Payments are handled exclusively by authorised third-party service providers.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
User accounts are authenticated solely through the official Steam login system.
You agree to supply accurate information and keep your profile details up to date.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
We may restrict, suspend, or permanently deactivate accounts that violate these Terms or demonstrate fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behaviour.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total amount indicated at checkout, including any applicable taxes or processing fees.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (e.g., card payments, PayPal, or other licensed payment services).
All payments are processed by regulated third-party providers compliant with PCI DSS requirements. AURAVAULT LTD does not hold or manage customer funds directly.
Using stolen, unauthorised, or compromised payment instruments is strictly forbidden and may result in order cancellation and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud or pricing/stock errors.
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and may be updated without prior notice.
5. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL ITEMS
Once your payment is approved, the purchased items will be delivered via a Steam trade offer.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect trade URLs, Steam account restrictions, or configurations on your side.
Most items are delivered within 7 days, though some transfers may take up to 14 days. If delivery exceeds this period, you may request a refund or an alternative delivery at no extra cost.
You are responsible for:
Providing a valid Steam trade link
Ensuring Steam Guard and Mobile Authenticator (if required) are enabled
Maintaining trade eligibility (no bans, restrictions, region locks, or privacy settings blocking trades)
6. SELLING ITEMS – MARKETPLACE RULES & PAYOUT GUIDELINES
By listing items on skindepot.org, you agree to the following:
6.1. Item Listings
Items must be categorised correctly.
All listings undergo moderation and may be rejected if deemed risky, fraudulent, or in violation of our policies.
6.2. Inventory Management
Items remain in your Steam inventory until purchased.
Once sold, you must complete the transfer exactly as instructed. Failure to deliver may result in account limitations.
6.3. Marketplace Fee
A commission of 10% applies to all completed sales.
6.4. Payouts
You must provide accurate payout details. Identity verification may be required.
Payouts are handled by authorised payment processors—not by AURAVAULT LTD directly.
Standard payout processing time is 3–7 business days, though delays may occur under compliance review.
Payouts must meet the current limits: minimum €10, maximum €5,000.
Funds may be reversed if the item is invalid, undelivered, or connected to fraudulent behaviour.
Your payout history is available in your user dashboard.
Users located in prohibited jurisdictions may be unable to withdraw funds.
All payout-related data is processed securely in line with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other applicable laws.
6.5. Fraud Prevention
Every sale is monitored for signs of fraud, chargebacks, or suspicious behaviour. Payouts may be frozen, delayed, or cancelled if irregularities are detected.
7. REFUNDS, RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital items delivered immediately. By placing an order and receiving digital content promptly, you acknowledge that this right is waived.
Orders can be cancelled only before payment is completed. Contact us immediately at info@skindepot.org.
Unfulfilled orders may be cancelled or refunded after review.
Digital items successfully delivered and accepted via Steam are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days for undelivered or unaccepted items.
All refunds are reviewed and may be denied if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROHIBITED ACTIONS
You agree NOT to:
Use the Website for illegal or unauthorised purposes, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
Provide incorrect, false, or incomplete personal information.

unlawful behaviour,
fraudulent actions,
misuse of the Website.
Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access without prior notice if we believe you breached these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website ends immediately.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update or revise these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
